


My name is David Chess and between 1996-1998 I lost more than 80 pounds of fat. I went from over 50% body fat to under 13%. There was no magic pill, there was no whoosh of a magic wand, it was just changing my every day lifestyle to make fitness a part of my every day life and eating in moderation. It sounds easy doesn’t it?
In theory it is, but if it was so easy you would have done it already. So why haven’t you?
I have my BS in Sports Medicine with certifications of NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, NASM-PRENATAL, Stretch Certified and BOSU Certified. My spectrum of clientele includes men and women between the ages of 18-65, fit and morbidly obese, recovering from injuries, pre-physical therapy and post-physical therapy.
I train individuals in a 1 on 1 setting, a small group setting and in the new Metabolic Enhancement Program.
